I’ve been at the store for 5 years and travel from Kurrajong to Pennant Hills Market Place every day. I simply love the job, the ladies and the brand. We build rapport with our customers and know a lot of them on a first name basis.
Personalised customer service is our number one focus, something that is missing in the retail sector these days. We make the Black Pepper shopping experience special for our shoppers. We really invest a lot of time in them and listen to their needs.
