Ju Hye from Sushi Hills has recently been featured in Hello Neighbours Magazine, June issue.
“My husband and I are the owners of Sushi Hills. Our love for sushi and Japanese cuisine resulted in my husband doing a sushi chef course over 9 years ago. We then opened our very first store in the city in 2013. We later decided that we wanted to open a store closer to home and in an area with a community vibe. After doing quite a bit of research, we decided that
Pennant Hills Market Place would be an ideal location to relocate.
Pennant Hills Marketplace is a neighbourhood market place surrounded by a supportive and friendly community. We wanted to share our love for sushi with the locals. What makes our sushi so special? We want our sushi to be as delicious as it possibly can be, so we use only the freshest ingredients every day. The key to keeping it fresh is to continually make fresh rolls of sushi throughout the day. Our tuna sushi is a crowd favourite, as is our chicken schnitzel sushi – everyone loves chicken! The Pennant Hills locals have welcomed us with open arms, they love our sushi, and we love them in return. The Market Place is now our home, and we would love to be here for the years to come.
